Rockets not firing correctly from dispenser.

Fireworks are shooting out of dispensers incorrectly.
They also don't fire normally when placed by hand

I thought it would shoot normally.

It didn't

1. Place dispenser
2. Put fireworks in it
3. Launch fireworks
4. Watch them shoot weird
