Pillager raid boss bar stays in Peaceful difficulty

I accidentally ran the command "/effect give @p minecraft:bad_omen 60" and I entered a village, the boss bar appeared, but because I was in Peaceful, the mobs didn't spawn, but the boss bar thought the mobs were still there
