screen move in the background when you open ur inventory on a horse

when u open your inventory regularly it stops the screen from moving but when i opened it on a horse the screen kept moving the way i was turning the screen

reproduction steps
1. ride a horse
2. move your screen
3. while still moving the screen open up your inventory
