Command makes computers hang

If someone executes the command "/ execute in the_end run kick @a" on a server, the computer hangs from all those who are currently on the server
What I expected to happen was...:
It kicks all users in the end

What actually happened was...:
the Computer from all conected users hangs

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Execute the command /execute in the_end run kick @a
