Arrow doesn't get out of water

The Bug

When shooting an arrow inside water it doesn't get out.

 

Steps to reproduce:

1. Find a lake (or any kind of water)
2. Get inside the body of water
3. Shoot an arrow into the surface
4. See that it gets stuck (also you can't pick it back up)
