Entities become invisible after Death and Respawn

Entities are disappearing every time I die. I actually did find that this bug existed in version 1.8 and all prior snapshots and pre-releases. I don't know why this has resurfaced. I tried to attach a video of this phenomenon, but it exceeded the limit for size.
