Riptide trident animation and character stuck

What I expected to happen was...:
Trident and character work normaly

What actually happened was...:
Character is laying down and riptide animation is stuck on loop pressing all the buttons dont fix anything landing/going in water dont fix

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Used commands to get riptide 10 trident but it also happend with a riptide 3 enchant
2. Was using elytra and trident and was using trident while raining
3. cleared the weather because chunks stopped loading

4. was at bottom of ocean then got out and animation was stuck and charter was stuck in swim mode even on land
