Not correctly loading in player

I may be wrong about what the bug is because it's a very weird bug.

So what happened was the world took about 25 minutes to load, than when it finally DID load in, I wasn't even looking through my players eyes, i was seeing inside of my own head, and when i looked around my head wouldn't move with it so i could just see the back of my head. Than i went into 3rd person and could look around my entire body. After i ended the video, i left clicked to see what would happen and instantly
