Cmd not closing at 18w47a

when I use the command /stop, the server itself and the java console will shutdown correctly. However, the command prompt thinks since 18w47 that the server.jar is still running, and by that don't ask for ' press any key to continue... '. At 18w46 and earlier it was working fine.
