Null language and strange phrases like "fr_FR" in parentheses.

In the "Language..." there is a language "Null" with the word "languages" in parentheses. It is the same as in English, but with a thin font. (Fixed in 13w24b)

Also, instead of countries in parentheses written phrases such as "fr_FR" or "sv_SE"
