Command Blocks Running Upon Entering World

Every time I load into a world with repeating command blocks (Always active or needs redstone), they do not run their commands. I have to go disable, and enable their redstone input, or have to turn their 'Always Active' into 'Needs Redstone', and back. Very annoying especially with a world of a bunch of commands.
