Scaffolding blocks do not notify the player when trying to exceed build limit

This is a very minor bug however I thought it might be worth mentioning. If the player stacks scaffolding blocks and reaches the height border, the game doesn't notify the player with the message, "height limit for building is 256 blocks."

I understand that you have more important issues to deal with, but I thought I might throw this one out there. Your time is appreciated.
