Item Frame bug with maps and items

So, I was playing minecraft and I decided I wanted a green screen.. so I /filled an area with green concrete and made a map too cover it with green, then I put it in an item frame and for some reason when I try to delete the item frame it does not disappear.

 

On the first picture you can see 2 item frames, below is one with nothing in it- That one I can destroy. The one above that item frame has a map in it.. I cannot destroy that one.
