Tree decaying is very unoptimized

Basically, when you go to chop down a tree my frames go all over the place. I don't think it's my computer because I have a pretty solid set up. Now, the lag stops when the leaves finishing decaying. I never had a problem with it on 1.12, but in 1.13 I noticed it.
