Problem 1, the replication of shulker boxes: 

you can not dye any shulker box, but you can replicate any shulker box with any dye.

 

Problem 2, the magic of vanishing:

step 1, put things in an arbitrary shulker box;

step 2, put the shulker box safely on the ground, and logout;

step 3, login the game, and voila!
