Minecraft Not Responding

This only started yesterday. When I reach the menu screen, Minecraft freezes and just stops working.  I waited for over an hour and it was still frozen. I've tried logging out and logging back in, uninstalling and reinstalling, moving my Minecraft files to a different folder, and switching to 1.8 and 1.9. It worked once when I switched to 1.8 but stopped working when I switched back to 1.13.2 and then back to 1.8. I can't get a crash report because the game doesn't crash, it only freezes.
