Chorus Flowers dont get destroid if shot at the top part of the Hitbox

If you shoot an arrow or trident on the very top part of the Hitbox of a Chorus flower it wont get destroyed, it doesn't mather from where you shoot the arrow, aslong as it lands on top of the flower nothing will happen. This bug is in all Snapshots from1.14.
If this is intentional than im sorry for reporting this as a bug, but I couldn't find anything saying that it was intentional.
