Crash upon projectile^? release.

This bug is a crash upon projectile release, such as a skeleton firing an arrow, or the player throwing a chicken egg. The moment the projectile is released, and I mean the MOMENT it is released, my game crashes. Not sure if it's client side or not, but it has consistently crashed each time a projectile is used by either another player (or me), or a mob (skeleton, maybe witch, haven't encountered witch yet in this world).
