Fps Drops happen when i walk and chunk loads

Whenever i walk, the chunk loads infront of me or behind, you get the point , my fps drops to 5 fps for 2-3 sec then its back to 60-200 fps as normal, Im using optifine too.
2GB ram
CPU: AMD ATHLON LE-1640
GPU: GT 220 , NVidia
