Items are duplicated

Red dye was duplicated in crafting inventory when trying to dye shulker box. Placed dye and uncolored shulker box in crafting area (without crafting table). It would not make a red shulker box, but when I clicked on the red dye to place it in my inventory, I recieved a copy of the dye in hand and another dye was left. This was repeatable so dye amount was always duplicated (1 give 2, 2 gives 4, 4 gives 8).

Also, if I exited my inventory while the shulker box was in the crafting box, the shulker box was dropped into the world, but I also kept one in my inventory (I.e shulker box was also duplicated)
