pillager parties spawning bug

when world is suerflat world,pillager parties are many spawning.

actually, I in normal world.but pillager parties are only 1 in the initial spawn point.

but,superflat world are i found 2 parties in intital spawn point!

when slime are not spawn,i found 4 parties.

i think animals are only a little.
