Death Error

Upon death from the powerful illagers, I woke up to find myself inside myself. I was unable to move at all. 3rd Person reveals a clone of my character facing almost perfectly in the south direction. I am able to look around, forever still and unhappy at the unusual defeat.

I am not exactly sure how this happened, though. I was killed by the illager beast and woke up frozen. The most I can suggest for reproducing is by sleeping in a bed and then combating the frequent illagers while wishing to reproduce the bug.
