Scaffolding Blocks with ladders

Easy to replicate this issue.

Place a scaffolding block on the top of a ladder. It will look 'glitchy.' It will also allow you to stack and use scaffolding almost normally. But you will notice that standing on any of the scaffolding will have you drop down one level at a time without interaction.
