Illager Patrols spawn too often

They spawn too often and are a bigger threat to the player than to the villagers.You could just spawn in a world with nothing and QUICKLY attacked by them.I feel like they should only spawn every 3rd day like phantoms do,but can't get reset and they shouldn't spawn that frequently.
