Small lagspike in creative mode flying over a cod/some cods

If you flying in creative over some cod in the latest snapshot (the one from last week) you will get lagspike in old and new chunks. The rest of the area is fine and loads in good. Tested 10 times and same thing happend all the time.

Sorry for no picture or video proof but it get so laggy for a sec that it can be hard to get the proof from
