Minecraft opens on windows 8 and crashes

What I expected to happen was it to open up and play normaly

What actually happened was it opend up ran throug the opening wsquens opend a nes\w window and then crashed:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. launch minecraft on windows 8
2. what for it to start to run
3. then it crashs
