repawn bug

I am a map maker for Minecraft, and I like to use kill commands in case anyone trys to break a rule, but I have encountered a very annoying bug, when I click to respawn, the world refuses to load in again, I'll provide a screenshot of the unloaded world, instead of loading, it hold me 0.1 blocks above the point I have set to spawn, not loading anything. I have to leave and re-enter the world in order to get the world to work again, and I am scared of the future of my maps, please try to fix this error. Thank you.

P.S. My PC didn't have any trouble loading in 1.13.
