terrain not rendering after player has respawned

Game is running just fine untill i get killed.

When i press respawn it teleports me to my spawn but none of the blocks or entities are loading. Also, pressing f3 shows me that im not moving while jumping or pressing motion keys

I must save and quit then reenter the world in order to load the terrain back.
