Shulker Box Duplication

Shulker boxes can be duplicated using a crafting table.

To replicate the issue:
Place a crafting table down.
Place any dye in the bottom center of the crafting grid of the crafting table.
Place the Shulker Box in the direct center of the crafting grid.
Keep clicking the Shulker Box. It doesn't matter how fast.
There is about a 5% chance of the Shulker Box duplicating with each time you go to pick it up out of the crafting grid.
