Wither rose can be destroyed by Wither's attacks

Wither roses can be destroyed by wither explosion. They shouldn't, according to the wiki. That means that when a rose is planted after the wither killed an entity like chicken, it happens that the rose is immediately destroyed.
How to reproduce : create a world, summon a wither, then place a wither rose on a high blast resistance block (obsidian, bedrock). Summon a chiken on the rose, like this the wither focus the chiken and its explosions can destroy the rose.
-> after few tries, the plant is destroyed.
