World corrupt after execute /kill command

I summon in the spawnpoint and using the /kill @e command to remove all the slime,a serious lag happened for a moment,then the whole world corrupt,The recording video was also corrupted during the serious lag.I tried to press F5 to watch myself,but it fail.Later,the fps rise to about 30,but it still show 0 chunk update.
