When Loading a world into new snapshot, causes interfaces like chests, and damage taken to be delayed

SO when I loaded my world from 18w43c, I tried opening my chest. THis was what I got, extreme delay, then just like ten interfaces appearing one after another, same thing happened with furnaces and crafting tables. Even Taking damage is delayed

Creating and using a world in the current snapshot was fine and did not result anything.
