You lose one dye after coloring a sign (Creative mode)

What I expected to happen was...:
I expected to color a sign with one dye without losing it in creative mode

What actually happened was...:
The sign got colored but the dye vas lost.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go in creative mode
2. Place a sign and take one dye in your inventory
3. Use your dye on the sign to color it

4. The sign is colored but you lose one dye.
