Cats Afraid of Invisible Players

Cats and Ocelots still run away from me while I have the invisibility effect.

Steps to recreate:
1. Give yourself the invisibility effect (via potion or via /effect).
2. Spawn a cat or ocelot (via spawn egg or via /summon)
