AZERTY inputs work as QWERTY

Last I was testing 1.13.2 and I saw that I couln't do Ctrl+A, suddenly I found that Ctrl+Q worked. Then I realized that all the inputs were switched from azerty to qwerty. I never had this problem on older versions. I also checked my (period) keyboard and it was correct & worked on other games. Since I am using arrow keys to move I don't have problem with that. Please fix this.
