Pillagers don't shoot as far as the player when using the crossbow, even though the crossbows are charged at the exact same power

Since the crossbow always shoots at the same velocity every time it is loaded, I would expect a loaded crossbow to shoot the same velocity if wielded by a pillager instead of a player. Instead the pillager shoots the same distance as a skeleton.
