Trident Drop Rate

I feel like the drop rate for Tridents are way too low. I have killed 200-300 Drowned and not gotten a single trident. On Bedrock, I have gotten a trident every so often I killed a drowned. But on Java, I have not gotten a single trident even with a looting sword.
