Ender Dragon Not Spawning

Upon loading the end dimension, the fountain is missing and the ender dragon isn't present.
Even after waiting the 2mins duration for the game to spawn in one.
This results in you having to manually spawn it in, along with the fact you'll never be able to get the dragon egg or xp etc
