Mobs disappear in a little time

I was experimenting things with minecraft, and I realized something, the mobs of the game disappear very fast and this is annoying for who wants to fight with 100 monsters at a time. The time a mob takes to fade is almost 25 seconds after 10 chunks away ...
I hope this is resolved
