My Launcher Crashes Whenever I Play 1.13.2 Or Above

Heyo Mojang.

 

I have this problem when i play Minecraft 1.13.2 or above like a 1.14 snapshot my game crashes even though i tried running my profile with javaw.exe it did not work.

Even i try OptiFine it doesn't work it crashes, and i always use OptiFine. 

Please help me i really want to play 1.13.2 or above.
