Minecrats Disappearing in the new snapshot

minecraft seem to disappear when I unload chunks or logout and then log in, they are  doing this more  than often. When I go far into the nether and then logout the minecarts disappear. 

This happens about 80 - 90% of the time! Please  fix this glitch.
