Farmland reverts when jumpped on

When a player jumps on farmland it reverts back to dirt. I thought this was changed in a past update to not happen anymore. Was this changed with the Pillager Beast being added? If it is indeed a bug, is it also supposed to happen when the Pillager Beast jumps on it too?
