Dragon Head Breaking & Placing

I was Trying To Find Bugs or glitches. I Took A Look At The Dragon head to see if there was something at the bottom. So I Broke a block with the dragon head in hand, And The Dragon Head Covered the Screen. It's highly aggravating. I don't know if this is a glitch or not, And If Not, Sorry for wasting Your Time.
