Stone pressure plates do not work.

When standing on a stone pressure plate, it will not activate. You hear no sound, and there is no redstone signal outputted.

To reproduce:
1. Place a stone pressure plate.
2. Place redstone dust next to it.
3. Step on the pressure plate.
