Menu bug with mouse pointing

when i go to background texture with mouse and there is behind it button or else it will highlight

---my texture pack-yellow(not highlighted), red(not able to click), blue(highlighted)

 

2. I have 1080p background texture and it is displaying like this (on 1st bug pictures)

 

 

 

edit: oh sorry i forgot mouse isnt been visible in screenshots from games   but you can do it too
