fence automatically connect themselves to the bamboo

The fence will connect themselves to new non-block or a bamboo.

What I expected to happen was...:
They shouldn't connect to each other...

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Put the fence down
2. Put bamboo the side of the fence
3. Boom! There you go...
