Lighting Glitch

Something wrong with lighting (that is superflat world made of white concrete). These weird black dots and stripes appear in distanse. When you come closer to them they dissapear

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create new superflat world with white concrete (my one has 32 layers of concrete)
2. These dots appear by themselves
