Smooth quartz blocks do not use the proper "smooth" texture

The bug

In the latest snapshot, the smooth quartz block, stair, and slabs do not use the proper smooth texture like smooth sandstone and smooth red sandstone. Below I have attached screen shots with and without the fixed .json files I have provided.
