Leash stays coiled around Fence block after breaking

After tying a Horse to a Fence block using the new Leash/Rope item, mounting the Horse and walking several blocks will break the Leash/Rope and cause it to drop as expected, however the coil of Leash/Rope around the Fence block will remain.
