Suspicous Stew Is Uncraftable, Not In Creative Menu, And Does Not Grant You Any Affect At All

I Have Gave Myself All The Recipes In Minecraft, Typed In The Search Bar "Suspicious Stew" And Got No Result, This Item is Missing In The Creative inventory,  And When I Gave it to myself using give command and ate it few times, no effect were caused at all
